We are looking for a **Document Control Assistant** to provide operational support in the management of documentation for data center construction projects, especially during the critical project closeout phase.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Document Controller in organizing, reviewing, and tracking all documentation required by compliance regulations for large-scale data center builds.
- Maintain and update project-specific document folders, ensuring version control and proper filing of approvals, correspondence, and compliance materials.
- Assist in monitoring document workflows across engineering, procurement,



and construction teams to ensure timely review and submission.
- Follow established **Document Control Guidelines** and help ensure procedures align with client and company expectations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal documentation processes by identifying gaps and providing feedback.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of **2-3 years of experience** in document control or project coordination, ideally within the **construction or infrastructure sector**.
- Technical or university degree preferred (Engineering, Architecture, or Construction-related fields).
- Familiarity with data center or mission-critical project environments is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of **compliance requirements** and **documentation tracking tools**.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn document management platforms.
- Bilingual in **English and Spanish**, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
