**Responsibilities**

- Oversee data modelling activities to ensure accurate and effective data representation for decision-making.
- Provide domain expertise in Production Planning & Control to optimize manufacturing workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AWS IoT solutions into existing manufacturing systems.
- Manage test and defect management processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct thorough analysis of manufacturing operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop strategic plans to enhance process manufacturing industry operations.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align business objectives with technical solutions.
- Implement best practices in data management to support business analysis and planning.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all manufacturing processes.
- Drive innovation by leveraging domain knowledge in Industrial Manufacturing.
- Support the development of new manufacturing strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and report on project progress to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
**Qualifications**
- Documenting the Epics - Features - Stories.
- Hands on experience working in Agile - Experience with tools such as Jira Azure DevOps
- Possess strong skills in Business Analysis & Planning Data Modelling and AWS IoT.
- Demonstrate expertise in Production Planning & Control and Manufacturing Operations.
- Have a deep understanding of the Process Manufacturing Industry.
- Experience in Industrial Manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with occasional travel.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
**Certifications Required**
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
