**Summary**:
- The Demand Planner is responsible for managing the forecast and generates the demand plan. Strong collaboration with Sales, Operation and Customer Service will be critical to meeting the overall responsibility of the position.
**Major duties & Responsibilities**:
- Manage, maintain and review the forecast process in Blue Yonder.
- Meet with sales team members on a monthly basis and suggest modifications consistent with the knowledge of current or historical demand.
- Follow-up on FCST compliance on a weekly basis with each sales representative.
- Monthly reporting of forecast accuracy and analysis of major deviations.
- Communicates any sudden change in demand to supply chain (planning and procurement).
- Provides input to supply chain regarding changes in item classification (MTO, MTS), ensures correct maintenance of MTS items per definition of required supply strategy.
**Knowledge and Experience**:
- 3+ years of experience un a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Itermediate English level.
- Major experience in utilizing ERP software.
- APICS certification highly desirable.
- Strong experience in utilizing demand planning software, Blue yonder being a plus
