Warehouse Supervisor
Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to lead a high-performing team at Polaris’ general distribution center for Parts, Garments, and Accessories (PGA). This role is key to driving operational excellence by overseeing daily activities, managing special projects, and ensuring that safety, quality, and productivity targets are consistently exceeded.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strategic mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong teams and efficient processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AS400, SolidWorks, RF/barcode technology, and automated sorting and material handling systems.




- Proven ability to lead organizational change and sustain measurable improvements.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and a track record of exceeding safety metrics.
- Demonstrated experience communicating complex ideas across diverse teams and levels.
- Experience in Shipping, Receiving, and warehouse operations.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in large-scale automated distribution operations or manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing sustainable, metrics-driven solutions.
- Experience managing departmental budgets and supervising staff in accordance with company policies.
