About the role

As a Product Engineer, You support the development, validation, launch, and continuous improvement of HVAC products throughout their entire lifecycle. You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations,



to ensure successful product delivery and performance. You provide technical support for New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, engineering changes, product validation, and manufacturing readiness, helping to drive efficient and effective product implementation. Additionally, you build the technical expertise and leadership skills necessary to support your future growth and progression into a Product Engineer role.

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

New Product Introduction (NPI) Support
- Support execution of NPI projects from development through production launch.
- Participate in prototype builds, pilot runs, and launch readiness activities.
- Coordinate assigned deliverables with cross-functional teams.
- Support risk identification and mitigation activities during product launches.
