About the Position:
The Managed Solutions Integral Category team is searching for top caliber talent to join our team. We are looking to complement our team with an individual who will be responsible for Market Enablement for AMS Markets (NA + LATAM).



This individual will be chartered to drive profitable growth in our MDS/MCS business through Service & Solution deployment support, launch readiness & 4P management. This empowered individual will function in a worldwide capacity, focusing on Portfolio Adoption, planning & initiatives through engagement with our markets, MS Portfolio, Professional & Managed Services teams, finance, and GTM teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as offer specialist to market teams. Ensure proper training, support & offer expectations are in place. Support offer NSI & readiness. Monitor solution adoption, drive actions where appropriate.
- Ensure clarity with markets & stakeholders on business priorities, programs & initiatives.
- Lead out on defining a 4P plan for meeting / exceeding current year budget expectations. Monitor business & offer performance. Drive focus & action to course correct & capitalize on opportunities.
- Capture & triage market support
