Accountabilities:





The Engineering Manager - Infrastructure will lead the development and continuous improvement of a scalable infrastructure platform while enabling engineering teams to work efficiently and autonomously. The role requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking to create reliable systems, reduce operational overhead, and support business growth.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing remote infrastructure engineering team, fostering autonomy, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Define and execute strategies for CI/CD platforms, artifact distribution systems, and infrastructure capabilities to support increased engineering scale.
