Build and optimize training systems based on company strategy and talent development needs. Formulate annual and quarterly training plans.
- Assess employees’ managerial and communication competencies, and propose tailored improvement solutions.
- Capable of independently creating training programs, allocating tasks, and managing training projects efficiently.
- Support training needs of different departments and offer professional consultation and assistance.
- Drive the development and optimization of training-related procedures to enhance structure and practicality.
- Advanced/Technical English
- Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Management, Education or related fields preferred.
- 3 years of experience in similar position
Pay: From $10,000.00 per month
