**Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Edit and deliver **20 short-form videos per month** (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) using raw footage provided by our team
- Produce and edit **1 long-form YouTube video per week**:
- Develop and execute a **content calendar** and social media strategy aligned with company goals
- Manage and grow our presence across **Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok**:
- Write engaging captions and select high-performing hashtags to drive engagement
- Monitor all social media channels for comments, DMs, and customer interaction
- Analyze content performance and provide monthly reports and recommendations
- Collaborate with the marketing and leadership team to maintain brand consistency
**Requirements**:




- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and/or Video Editor
- Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
- Experience creating content for social platforms, especially Reels, TikToks, and YouTube
- Understanding of content performance metrics, algorithms, and growth tactics
- Strong creative eye and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
