We are seeking a **Site Supervisor for the Day Shift** to oversee daytime construction activities in data center projects, ensuring execution quality, safety compliance, and coordination among subcontractors and project stakeholders.
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daytime fieldwork across civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical trades.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure alignment with construction schedule and specifications.
- Conduct inspections and verify materials, installations,



and safety practices during active shift hours.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, logistics, and site management to support ongoing deliveries and system integration.
- Enforce local safety regulations, PPE compliance, and site access protocols.
- Document site activities, progress reports, and incident logs, and support daily planning meetings.
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of site supervision experience in industrial or data center construction.
- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, subcontractor management, and safety oversight.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
