Compensation: Paid weekly in MXN

Estimated Earning Potential: Approximately MX$30,000–MX$43,000+ per month based on attendance and qualified appointment production

About Field Ready Connect

Field Ready Connect is a U.S.-focused customer acquisition company that helps home-service contractors connect with qualified homeowners and generate exclusive appointments for their sales teams.

We are launching our outbound appointment-setting operation and are looking for motivated, professional, and results-driven Appointment Setters based in Mexico.

This is a high-volume outbound calling position. You will contact homeowners using company-provided lead data, qualify potential opportunities, and schedule property inspection appointments for our field sales representatives.

You are not responsible for closing roofing sales. Your job is to create a professional conversation, determine whether the homeowner meets the required qualifications, and schedule a legitimate appointment.

What You’ll Do

- Make high-volume outbound calls to homeowners in the United States
- Work with company-provided homeowner and property lead data
- Follow an approved call framework while maintaining a natural and professional conversation
- Verify homeowner and property information
- Explain the purpose of the property inspection clearly and accurately
- Ask required qualification questions
- Handle common homeowner objections professionally
- Schedule qualified appointments for field sales representatives
- Confirm appointment date, time, property address, and homeowner information
- Accurately document calls, notes, dispositions, and follow-up activity in the CRM




- Complete required follow-up calls, texts, and other communication
- Maintain organized and accurate lead records
- Participate in call reviews, coaching, training, and performance meetings
- Meet weekly appointment, quality, and activity expectations

What We’re Looking ForRequired
- C1 English proficiency or equivalent professional fluency
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience
- Previous experience in a sales-oriented position
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Professional and confident phone presence
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Comfortable working with performance goals and measurable KPIs
- Able to handle rejection and objections professionally
- Reliable, organized, and consistent
- Strong attention to detail
- Full-time availability
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable using CRM and dialing software
- Comfortable having calls recorded and reviewed for quality and coaching

Preferred
- Cold-calling experience
- Appointment-setting experience
- Outbound sales or telemarketing experience
- Lead-generation experience
- Experience working with U.S.-based customers or campaigns
- Previous CRM or power-dialer experience
- Home-services, roofing, construction, solar, real estate, or similar industry experience

Compensation Compensation is paid weekly in Mexican pesos.

Performance Expectations

This is a performance-driven position.

Schedule

Monday through Friday The position follows:





10:00 AM–7:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time The schedule includes a one-hour break.

The company follows designated U.S. holidays.

Saturday Performance Recovery

If the minimum weekly production requirement is not reached, a five-hour Saturday performance-recovery shift may be required.

Remote Work Requirements

Candidates must provide their own:

- Laptop or desktop computer
- Minimum 8 GB RAM
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Professional headset with microphone
- Quiet and private workspace
- Functional webcam
- Reliable electricity

A wired USB headset and Ethernet internet connection are strongly preferred. Candidates may be required to complete an internet and equipment test before beginning.

Contract Structure This is a full-time independent-contractor position for individuals residing in Mexico.

The agreement is intended to be ongoing and does not have a predetermined end date.

Traditional employee benefits are not included under the independent-contractor arrangement.
