Supervisor General Stores
**Job Description Summary**
Oversees day to day operations on Indirect Material at a facility. Provide direction to associates and ensure accountability in the areas of inventory management, inventory control, data integrity and proper storage and organization. Ability to lead a significant team effort, energize associates.
- Inventory Optimization: Review min/max reorder report daily and make correction to ensure proper inventory levels
- Ensure compliance of (SOP’s) standard operating procedures
- Provide training to all associates
- Review work throughout the work process and at completion to ensure that it has been performed properly.
- Maintain time keeping for hourly associates




- Manage grievances and resolve issues
- Provide daily, weekly job and project assignments to associates
- Measure performance and track continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform audits on storeroom operations i.e., receiving, cycle counts, disbursements. etc.
- Resolve discrepancies and data integrity issues
- Conduct Safety Awareness communication
- Manage programs/ projects with suppliers and commodity managers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure all task and project timing are met
- All other duties as assigned.
**Required Skills and Education**
IE, IR, or similar degree
