**What you’ll do**:
- Support improvement projects in manufacturing areas using methodologies like Lean, 5S, SMED, and TPM.
- Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities, learning technical procedures and promoting equipment reliability.
- Analyze and optimize production processes by mapping flows, measuring time, and identifying bottlenecks.
- Contribute to automation tasks such as configuring sensors, supporting PLC setups, and integrating control systems.
- Collect and analyze operational data, including KPIs (OEE, failures, downtime, scrap), to support decision-making.
- Create and update technical documentation such as SOPs, maintenance logs, and engineering diagrams.
- Comply with safety, quality,



and environmental standards throughout your rotations in the program.
**What we’re looking for**:
- Recent graduate in Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation or related fields.
- Passion for technology and willingness to learn in a hands-on environment.
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Analytical thinking and technical problem-solving skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Basic programming and/or networking knowledge.
- **English proficient level**
