Position Overview

The Digital Transformation & PMO Analyst will be responsible for shaping and implementing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within Integral Business Services (GBS)/ Shared Services. This includes driving automation, process optimization, and cross-functional alignment through a centralized Program Management Office (PMO) framework. The role is pivotal in fostering a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement to deliver scalable and sustainable service delivery.
