As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Chemours, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across Latin America and the United States. Leveraging experience in recruitment, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers based in both the U.S. and LATAM regions to understand talent needs, design effective hiring strategies, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
Beyond full-cycle recruitment, you will contribute to key talent initiatives, including employer branding, process optimization, and recruitment metrics reporting. You will partner cross-functionally to promote Chemours as an employer of choice, champion best-in-class hiring practices, and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the recruitment process.



Your ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong stakeholder relationships will directly impact our ability to attract and retain top-tier talent in a dynamic, international environment.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes—including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding—for positions across Latin America (with a focus on Mexico) and the United States.
- Partner closely with U.S. and LATAM-based hiring managers to understand business needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, advising on talent market trends and best practices.
- Proactively source top-tier candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, additional job boards, and a variety of direct sourcing techniques to ensure a robust talent pipeline
