**Job description**:
**Main Responsibilities**
- Preparing and managing employee files
- Processing new hires, terminations, and updates in IMSS and HR systems
- Recording incidents and processing weekly payroll, including stamping
- Calculating and reconciling payroll and social security taxes
- Creating monthly internal and external reports
- Administering employee benefits such as savings funds, vouchers, etc.




- Supporting internal events and plant visit logistics (travel, transportation, lodging)
**Profile**:
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in payroll and benefits administration
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
- Knowledge of LFT, LSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, SAT
- Intermediate English
- Experience in employee service and support (preferred)
