Develops working relationships internally and supports day-to-day consulting and administration of all areas of HR programs, including talent selection, employee advocacy and engagement, onboarding, recruiting, training, and employee relations. (75%)
Answers common employee relations questions and provides support during the onboarding process. (10%)
Analyzes data or reviews circumstances to recommend people's decisions within a business unit. Ensures compliance with local employment laws. (10%)
Supports all change management communications and initiatives, assisting with the implementation of HR programs and policies. (5%)
