Assess and evaluate financial performance of supported business unit with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts
- Support creation of yearly financial objectives that align with the business partner’s plan for growth and expansion
- Prepare and may present monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss, forecast vs. budget, and cash flow
- Maintain outstanding relationships with business partners
- Lead by example displaying GM behaviors, commitment to personal development and dedication to crafting a positive Workplace of Choice culture
- Provides understanding of the bigger picture and how projects relates to operational strategy / Enterprise goals
- Anticipate partner needs (proactive vs. reactive)

**Additional Job Description**:
**Experience/Education**
- +3 years in similar positions
- Degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance or similar
- English 80%
- Must: Advanced Excel, PowerBI, Automation tools, some programing
**Activities**:
- Establish go-to-market strategies based on market and profitability research.
- Prepare profitability reports that show current and forecasted results.
- Maintain financial control of assigned programs.
- Analyze market positioning and pricing opportunities.
- Analyze how incentives work in the market.
- Experience working with high-performance teams.
- Ability to express ideas with leadership.
- Ability to synthesize information into clear and compelling messages.
- Knowledge of finance and accounting.
- Creation and analysis of financial scenarios.
- Budget generation and control.
