**Company Description**
**Function 1: Product Portfolio: Product related Services and Tasks**
- Delivers professional technical service to all target accounts for North-LatAm region.
- Identifies technical customer issues and provides product or service-oriented consultancy.
- Manage and lead customer support addressing their regulatory/legislative requirements together with PS.
**Function 2: Market & Competition Mangement**
- Evaluates market needs across the region and trend technologies together with Marketing and the sales organization.
- Ensures up-to-date competition knowledge; Evaluate Test results and initiate counter measure.
- Based on market needs evaluates existing product portfolio and proposes changes with BD, PM, Marketing and KAM.
- Develops and offers appropriate colorant recommendations for customers' formulations.




- Translates customer and regulatory requirements into product and service ideas.
- Supports in problem solving in regard to complaints and quality related issues.
**Qualifications**
Education: Master's Degree, Chemistry, Chemical engineer or equivalent
Technical experience (>15 years) in Application Development/Technical Service. Commercial Oriented
Project Management & Regional Customer Relationship Skills.
Industry and Field Experience > 15 years; Seniority and standing in front of customers/critical discussions
Experience in different functions/countries (Mexico, Colombia, Central America & the Caribbean)
Experience in different functions/countries.
