- Download/Extract & Analyze customer Discrete & Min-Max demand from their portal/tool. - Develop plan to best support/fulfill customer Discrete and Min Max demand. - Set and monitor priority for OSP jobs and/or shipments. - Update horse blanket/LOB, customer portal (s). - Communicate with customer in timely fashion. - Lead War Room (Stand Up Meetings) for assigned accounts. - Set and manage PRIORITY when planning and communicating Customer CRITICAL parts internally. - Run, analyze and take action on different reporting. - Analyze information in Dispatch-Status on open jobs, jobs not moving, CS42 scan, etc. - Review of makes nor released by Production Control. - Review new adds/changes to delivery schedule and drive actions from Purchase Order Change Report (POC). - Review demand coverage/shortages and address with the appropriate owners - Follow up on customer returns. - Review and take action on Exception Report from Corporate Demand Team.



- Demand alignment check - Customer Portal vs. AS400. - Analyze customer mid and long-term demand profile. - Analyze, quote and respond to Contracts on short flow and pull-in requests from Customers. - Response to management on any KPI/Past Due a/o projected past due inquiries. - Create, follow & close NMD for customer related issues (tool obsolescence, requirements changed after job release, etc.
Experiência y requisitos
- English 90% Professional degree Minimum 2 years’ related experience on Production Control role. Aerospace (desirable)
