We are seeking a Senior Accountant (M/F/d) to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, Accounts Payable & Receivable, you will be part of the Central Accounting team, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable process, ensuring the accuracy of financial data, and contributing to process improvements.
**About the Role**
- Oversee the accounts payable process, including invoice processing, verification, and payment.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policy and accounting processes.
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements related to accounts payable.
- Analyze financial data and assist in the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, tax, and legal, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Oversee the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
**About You**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable/ accounts receivable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.




- Effective communication in English/Spanish and interpersonal skills.
