**LOCATION**: Guadalajara, Mexico
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Work cooperatively with the outside sales force to grow existing customers, create new customers, and meet or
exceed monthly sales goals. Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensure high service level by timely responding to customer inquiries.
2. Enter and track projects in CRM tool.
3. Actively sell to hit sales territory targets.
4. Accurately enter customer and sales information into CRM tool.
5. Follow all processes and procedures for customer interaction, sales, and order fulfillment.
6. Liaison with other departments to address customer issues or needs.
7. Communicate pricing and quotes to customers.
9. Review sales reports for negative trend in sales development and fluctuation
