**About the role**
As Salon Manager you’ll run the day-to-day operation of a 15-plus-member team: coordinating the front desk, scheduling staff, tracking inventory, and upholding service standards. You’ll keep bookings flowing smoothly, resolve client or team issues with professionalism, support onboarding and training, monitor performance, and report key metrics to ownership.
**What we’re looking for**
We need someone who has lived in Playa del Carmen for at least two years and has hands-on experience managing staff in a salon, spa, or hospitality setting. You stay calm under pressure, solve problems quickly, and communicate clearly. Strong organization, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to stability and growth are essential.
