The adecuado candidate is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA/CP) with strong manufacturing finance experience, deep understanding of standard costing and inventory processes, and experience supporting ERP implementations and CPM/reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Support month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Assist with preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and company policies.
- Oversee and analyze: Standard costing, Inventory valuation, PPV/MUV analysis, Cost roll processes, Manufacturing variances, Inventory reconciliations and cycle counts.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including audit requests, reconciliations, supporting documentation, and communication with auditors.




- Partner closely with operations, supply chain, and plant leadership teams to support business decisions and improve financial performance.
- Develop and improve financial processes, reporting tools, and operational KPIs.

Qualifications

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA/CP) required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of: Cost accounting, Standard costing, Inventory management and controls, Financial reporting, US GAAP,taxes and compliance, Audit support and coordination
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
