**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and talented analyst to join our Investments & Asset Management team. In this role, you will play a critical role in executing investment strategies and supporting capital - raising efforts within the luxury real estate sector.
**Key responsabilities**:
- Conduct thorough due diligence on new investment opportunities (both desktop and on-site)
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate project feasibility and returns.
- Repare high-quality pitdecks and investment memorandums for internal and external stakeholders.
- Recently graduated (2 years of experience) or currently enrolled in the final semesters of university.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- English proficiency




- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking
- Great organizational skills
- Great numerical and mathematical skills is preferred
- Financial and commercial real estate knowledge is preferred
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills is preferred
