**What You’ll Do**:
- Prepare and produce menu or pastry items following Virgin Voyages’ recipes and standards.
- Work across galley sections, ensuring consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality.
- Cater to special dietary needs and allergy requests (e.g., gluten-free).
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and comply with **USPH/HACCP** standards.
- Keep your station spotless during and after service.
- Report equipment or technical issues promptly.
- Respond to Sailor (guest)

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**What We’re Looking For**:
- ** Experience**: Minimum 2 years in a similar role (cruise ship or 4-5* hotel/resort).
- Solid culinary or pastry fundamentals; strong knife skills for savory roles.
- Knowledge of food safety, public health regulations, and Vessel Sanitation Program.
- STCW maritime certifications or willingness to obtain them.
- English level: Intermediate to Advanced (spoken and written).
- A proactive, detail-oriented attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
