**Description**:
The Investment business at WTW has over 1000 colleagues worldwide who provide services and advice to a diverse range of institutional investors, including large pension funds, insurance companies, endowments and foundations. As a trusted partner to over 1,200 clients, it advises on over $2 trillion of general assets and has discretion over more than $250 billion of assets. It works closely with teams in the Human Capital and Benefits business, particularly those providing actuarial and other services to many of the world’s top pension funds.
**The Role**
The individual in this role will be involved in the end-to-end investment operations lifecycle. The focus of the role is on trade management within our operations team.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Implementing trades for client portfolios




- Monitor client portfolio positioning and movements
- Preparation of agreements and investment instructions
- Keeping internal and external stakeholders appraised of progress
- Gaining an understanding of the wider investment business
- Developing relationships with internal and external parties
**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate Degree
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Project management skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and ask questions
- 2+ years of experience preferred; recent graduates will be considered.
