JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Financial Specialist / Accounting Analys tDepartment: Finance & Accounting Location: Mexico City, Mexico (On-site / Full-time)Reports to: Finance Manager / Head of Accounting (Mexico ) Company: Zoomlion Mexico POSITION SUMMARY Zoomlion Mexico is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Specialist to join our finance team in Mexico City. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for executing daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with Mexican fiscal regulations (NIF), managing tax declarations, and supporting internal and external audit processes. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage the full cycle of accounting and tax compliance within a dynamic corporate environment --- KEY RESPONSIBIL 1.



General Accounting & Bookkeeping (NIF Compliance)- Perform daily accounting bookkeeping and journal entries in strict accordance with the *Normas de Información Financiera*(NIF).- Ensure accurate reflection of financial transactions in the general l edger.- Reconcile and proof accounting chart of accounts regularly to ensure data integrity. 2. Tax Compliance & Reporting- Calculate and file monthly provisional tax payments (Declaraciones Provisionales) in a timely manner.- Prepare and organize all supporting documentation for tax filings and accounting vouchers.- Manage and follow up on customs declaration documents for import/exporto perations. 3. Accounts Payable & Expense Ma nagement- Review and approve reimbursement requests for both corporate and individual expenses, ensuring compliance with company p olicies.- Verify the proper authorization and supporting documents for all disbursements. 4. Invoicing & CFDI Management- Execute invoicing tasks in accordance with the company's billing procedures and policies.- Download and manage CFDI invoices (XML, PDF, and Excel formats) from the SAT (Mexican Tax Administration Service ) system.- Organize and archive digital and physical accounting records for audit readiness
