**Your Role: Own the Challenge**
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
This role is contributing to the HSE strategy implementation in Motion Business in Mexico.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Report HSE incidents to management and relevant stakeholders, ensuring appropriate follow-up actions.
- Facilitate and support incident investigations to identify opportunities for risk mitigation.
- Share lessons learned and best practices within your unit and across the organization.
- Promote behavioral change through the local implementation of integral and business-specific HSE improvement programs.
**Qualifications**
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in HSE management systems, including fieldwork as an HSE technician or specialist.
- Hands-on experience with management systems; knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 is a plus.




- Familiarity with risk assessment tools, continuous improvement frameworks, and incident investigation methods.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Mexican occupational health and safety regulations.
- Previous experience in the industrial and/or energy sector is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Strong interest in safety culture development, collaboration, and innovative problem-solving.
- Intermediate or higher level of English, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Valid driver’s license in the Republic of Mexico.
