We're Hiring: Proposals Engineer – Protection & Automation Solutions

Are you passionate about power systems? We're looking for a Proposals Engineer
to join our team and develop technical and commercial proposals for Protection &
Automation projects.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience preparing proposals, quotations or bidding documents
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a related field
Intermediate English proficiency

Location: San Luis Potosi, San Luis Potosi or Torreon, Coahuila, Mexico

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Possesses, understands, and applies power system knowledge and expertise in the
preparation of technical and commercial proposals for automation and protection
projects,



as well as related SEL products, to complete complex tasks.

Leads customer training and support in the creation, design, configuration,
validation, installation, commissioning, and operation of automation and/or
protection systems.

Leads the allocation, execution, and implementation of work within agreed
timelines and budgets while maintaining a high level of quality and safety.

Assists in the identification, preparation, and presentation of successful
proposals for SEL equipment, services, and systems.

Mentors and develops professional staff. May provide supervision as needed.

Models, teaches, and applies SEL values, Operating Principles, and World-Class
Manufacturing principles.
