Purpose of Role
The ISP Operational Risk Training Manager reports to the Group Head of
Operational Risk. The position is responsible for producing training material in
safeguarding, safety, educational visits and boarding for all schools, regions
and group.
ISP Group Operational Risk Training Manager Key Responsibilities
Safeguarding
* Working with the Group Safeguarding Managers to produce training materials
and learning experiences for all ISP employees.
* Review and update current in-house training to ensure it is user-friendly,
engaging and meets the needs of ISP.
* Working with schools and the learning team to provide suitable training and
learning experiences that support Skills for Life and underpins the ISP
Group’s safeguarding philosophy of early intervention.
Safety
* Working with the Group Safety Managers to produce
