**The Opportunity**We are seeking an entry-level **Vendor Operations Assistant** to enhance our vendor relationships and optimize operational processes. This role is adecuado for individuals eager to develop expertise in vendor management, logistics, and strategy. With dedication and proven performance,



you’ll have the opportunity to advance to an **Operations Specialist** and ultimately an **Operations Manager** role.
**What You'll Do**
Your responsibilities will span four main areas:
**Vendor Management (35%)**
- Coordinate with factories on production timelines and materials.
- Negotiate pricing to ensure high ROI and excellent quality.
- Address issues with vendors, securing refunds/discounts where needed.
**Inventory & Logistics (25%)**
- Manage CRM, barcoding, and inventory tasks.
- Track shipments and resolve issues with carriers or fulfillment centers.
- Forecast stock needs to prevent shortages.
**Research & Strategy (25%)**
- Identify new vendors, factories, and fulfillment centers.
- Study negotiation trends in the e-commerce industry.
- Explore sustainable production materials.
**Support in Team Collaboration (10%)**
- Lead projects and offer innovative solutions to challenges.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors.
**Preferred Skills**
While these are not required, they will set you apart:
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (automation skills are a bonus).
- Advanced negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with tariffs and import/export logistics.
- Strong analytical and research abilities.
