Fluent or Native English written and spoken **(80% minimum)**:
- Living in CDMX
- Open to come to the office at least 3 days per week
- Bachelor degree
- Experience in a livestreaming or internet based company (must)
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service position (must)
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely with business partners and streamers to improve live streaming quality and boost broadcaster performance across English and Spanish-speaking regions.
- Source, onboard, and coach potential recruiters and high-quality streamers, driving growth in both the quantity and quality of official content creators.
- Provide outstanding support to VIP users, resolve their inquiries in a timely manner, and cultivate long-term relationships to enhance platform loyalty and revenue. Promote VIP features and monthly engagement campaigns to increase user participation.




- Coordinate with internal teams on the development, testing, and rollout of user payment channels to ensure smooth payment experiences.
- Adapt quickly to changing market dynamics and support multiple regions with agility and cultural sensitivity.
**Qualifications**
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Spanish language proficiency is a strong plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Prior experience in customer service, client success, operations, or team coordination roles.
- Experience in a livestreaming or internet based company (must)

Pay: $20,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month
