**Responsibilities**
- Develop and architect scalable backend systems leveraging Java technologies
- Evaluate, refine, and write code to uphold exceptional technical quality and industry standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather technical requirements and deliver solutions that align with project goals
- Oversee and inspire high-performing development teams, promoting innovation, collaboration, and teamwork
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering personal and professional growth to retain top talent
- Lead project execution by ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met while proactively mitigating risks
- Work directly with clients to identify strategic objectives and deliver tailored solutions that drive long-term value
- Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business strategies
**Requirements**:
- 8+ years of practical experience in software development
- 3+ years in leadership roles, such as Lead, Manager, Architect, Owner, or Coordinator
- 2+ years of experience managing backend development projects with a focus on Java technologies
- Proven ability to lead teams of 7 or more, with responsibilities such as hiring, developing talent, and resolving conflicts




- Extensive experience in client and project management, including a track record of completing at least 5 full-cycle projects or successfully launching a product
- In-depth expertise in Java Core and Java 8
- Comprehensive understanding of REST and Microservice Architecture Style
- Proficiency in working with SQL and Java NoSQL databases
- Experience establishing CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment efficiency
- Strong skills in unit testing to ensure code dependability and quality
- Ability to propose and implement forward-thinking technical solutions as a trusted engineering expert
- Strategic mindset to transform challenges into opportunities and foster innovation
- Advanced English language skills for effective communication with clients and stakeholders
