Within this role you will develop your finance career through rotations in various functions within the Finance team. You will work on 3 rotations across the function, with the addition of core logistic process understanding as well as job shadowing the National Finance Director to ensure that you receive well rounded knowledge of all focus areas required for success in a senior management finance role.
**How you create impact**:
- Understand core operational processes in relation to the Logistics services within Kuehne+Nagel
- Develop skills and ability to complete all tasks in relation to General Ledger, Working Capital and Controlling
- Shadow National Finance Manager in during placements to learn more about their role and practice leadership skills
- Work with Finance team in host Country, as well as Global Services and Knowledge Centres to develop strong understanding of all tasks required within Finance, including but not limited to:
- Accounting and reporting processes including statutory accounting requirements




- Working Capital processes consisting of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Treasury
- Analysis of P&L;
- FSL Month End closing
- Monthly reporting for Country and Corporate stakeholders
**What we would like you to bring**:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics.
- Professionals with a 1+ year experience working in finance at a general organization.
- Excel advanced skills
- Knowledge of office based IT tools
- Ability to work independently
- Basic practical Finance experience
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
