**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree accounting, business administration or related field:
- Foundational knowledge of GAAP
- Self development with Technical training in Accounting & Tax
- Experience researching, concluding and documenting accounting issues
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines
- Ownership of assigned areas of responsibilities
- Problem solving and analytical abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated commitment to teamwork and partnerships
- Ability to network and collaborate cross-functionally
- Ability to embrace and manage change
- Advanced English
- MS office (mandatory)
- Power Bi, Knime ( desirable)
- Monday to Friday 8:00 - 17:00 Hrs
Hybrid position 3 days at office 2 days working from home
**Activities**:
- Perform General Ledger functions; assure accuracy, timeliness, and conformity with professional accounting standards and best practices in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Identify, interpret and analyze potential accounting risks and issues
- Identify and execute internal controls, SOX compliance and financial procedures
- Partner with Finance to determine accounting implications of transactions and perform analytical analyses to utilize when making all material business decisions
- Evaluate current accounting practices and policies and drive continuous improvement
- Supporting requests of internal/external auditors, ensuring open matters are resolved timely
- Promote modernization & Innovation initiatives to mitigate complexity and eliminate no value added work.
