**What We’re Looking For**
**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Sales Data Analysis & Visualization (SFDC & Tableau)**
Design and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
- ** CRM Administration (Salesforce)**
Manage and optimize Salesforce workflows, automate processes, and provide user support to ensure system efficiency and adoption.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration** Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align data strategies with business objectives, supporting initiatives and enabling agile action.




- ** Commercial Optimization**
Propose data-backed solutions to improve sales productivity, territory management, and closing effectiveness.
- ** Reporting & BI Automation**
Develop and maintain territory maps, SOPs, and business reports using tools such as Tableau, SAP, SFDC and other BI platforms.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
- Experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce and Tableau, plus knowledge of data programming languages.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Based in Mexico City with availability for hybrid work.
- English level B2 or above
