**In your new role you will**:
- Provide day-to-day technical s **upport and administration of Windows Server across local, regional, and integral sites.**:
- **Handle daily server operations**, including incident resolution, change requests, and 2nd-level support.
- **Analyze and plan solutions**for recurring issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- **Install**and **configure**new systems with backup and high availability options.
- Initiate and follow up on **critical vendor technical support cases.**:
- **Document**system **processes**and **procedures**.
- Maintain, upgrade, and enhance **IT systems**in local and regional environments.
- Drive **standardization**and **harmonization**of global operational procedures.
- Lead or drive **improvement**initiatives within the Windows Server environment.
**Your Profile**
**You are best equipped for this task if you have**:
- **A Bachelor’s degre**e in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1-3 years of **IT experience**, ideally in system administration or technical support with exposure to Windows servers.
- **Advanced English skills
- Additional (Nice-to-Have)
- Knowledge of system automation, scripting, and programming.Experience with PowerShell or other automation tools.
