B2B Sales Representative / Ejecutivo de Ventas B2B – Manufacturing (Remote, Mexico)

Location: 100% Remote / Home Office – anywhere in Mexico (teletrabajo desde cualquier ciudad: CDMX, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Querétaro, Tijuana…) Team: Reports directly to leadership in California, USA Type: Full-time (independent contractor engagement) | Base + uncapped commission (comisiones sin tope) English required (inglés avanzado/fluido) | Spanish-English bilingual a big plus

The 30-Second Pitch

Trustbridge is a fast-growing B2B platform connecting product companies with world-class manufacturers. Nearshoring is booming, Mexico is at the center of it, and we need a driven salesperson to grow our supplier network and win new business — working directly with US leadership, from wherever you live in Mexico. No manufacturing background required. If you can build relationships and close, we'll teach you the industry.

What You'll Do

- Prospect and sign manufacturing suppliers (CNC machining, injection molding, 3D printing, sheet metal) across Mexico
- Sell Trustbridge's engineering and manufacturing solutions to startups, product companies, and procurement teams in the US and beyond
- Run outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and video calls
- Manage your pipeline in CRM and share market insights directly with the California leadership team

What You Need

- Fluent English (written and spoken)



— you'll work with US clients daily
- 1+ years in sales, business development, account management, customer success, or another client-facing role
- Comfortable working remotely with international teams
- Confident engaging both business and technical stakeholders

Bonus (not required): manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or B2B tech sales experience; history working with US companies.
