What You'll Do

Lead execution across ocean, air, trucking, and customs brokerage for the GDL office, ensuring service levels, compliance, and efficiency across all modes. Maintain and grow relationships with major players in the Mexican logistics landscape to unlock better rates and service reliability. Act as the face of Flexport in Guadalajara, representing the company with vendors and partners, while managing day-to-day office administration.

What We're Looking For

7+ years in a leadership role within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management. Deep, hands-on experience managing multimodal freight operations in Mexico. Existing relationships with major ocean carriers, airlines, trucking companies, and customs brokerage firms operating in Mexico. Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
