Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Operations Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North.
Reporting to the Production Manager, Operations Supervisor role involves Responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and managing an organization to achieve and maintain operational excellence.
What a typical day looks like:
- Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
- Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.
- Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.
- Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.
- Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.
- Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.
- Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews.




- Coach and mentor Operations team.
- Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Experience as Operations Manager and Engineering management experience
- Advanced English
- Knowledge of production control systems (Serials, flows, traceability).
- Experience in electronic manufacturing.
- People management.
- Knowledge of all electronics assembly processes SMT, Test, integration and
- proven experience interacting with all engineering support areas.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
