About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Guide, coach, and train teams in Scrum methodologies and Agile principles.
- Assist teams in driving continuous process improvement.
- Coordinate within and outside of the team to facilitate backlog completion.
- Support the team in identifying and adding appropriate stories to the backlog.
- Proactively identify impediments and resolve them through peer networks (Scrum of Scrums) or formal escalation channels.
- Manage and oversee multiple simultaneous fast-paced projects involving distributed teams.
- Coordinate release plans, communication strategies, and risk and issue management plans (in collaboration with Product Owners).




- Assist Product Owners in managing team scope and facilitating scope changes.
- Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies including:
- Ensure timely and complete documentation, tracking, and reporting of key metrics using Scrum and Agile practices, including:
- User stories
- Project progress
- Resource utilization
- Change requests
- Issues and risks
- Risk mitigation plans
- Test scripts and results
- Support delivery teams in meeting project timelines and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent).
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Exposure to scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).
- Background in software development or QA.
