Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Lead end-to-end recruitment for Mexico: sourcing, interviewing, closing offers (from junior to leadership roles).
Build local talent pipelines, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, local job boards, and universities.
2. HR Operations & Compliance
Manage payroll, benefits, and tax filings in compliance with Mexican labor laws (e.g., IMSS, INFONAVIT).
Act as the primary POC for labor policy updates (contracts, remote work laws, termination rules).
Oversee onboarding/offboarding and employee records.
3. Employee Experience & Advisory
Resolve employee concerns and foster a high-performance culture aligned with our values.
Advise leadership on local HR risks/best practices (e.g., profit sharing, mandatory bonuses).
**Requirements**:
1、5+ years of HR generalist/manager experience in Mexico, with a strong focus on recruitment.
2、Deep knowledge of Mexican labor law, payroll, and social security regulations.
3、Fluent in Spanish & English (written/spoken).
4、Hands-on mentality: Willing to execute tasks directly (e.g., drafting contracts, running payroll checks).
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per month
