Production Manager - Querétaro

**Reports to**: Plant Manager
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
**Position Objective**:
Lead and optimize production operations in an automotive plant (Tier 1/Tier 2), ensuring compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards, while driving continuous improvement, people development, and achievement of key performance indicators.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
**Required Experience**:
- Minimum 10 years in production, including at least 5 years in a management role or 3 years in the same company, preferably within the automotive industry (Tier 1/Tier 2).
- Proven experience leading large production teams.
- Solid background in production planning and KPI management.
- Must not have held positions above the requested level.
**Technical Knowledge**:
- Automotive manufacturing processes: IATF 16949,



ISO 9001, internal and external audits.
- Production systems: Just-in-Time (JIT), Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma.
- Process engineering tools: FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA.
- Production planning and control: line balancing, OEE, efficiency, productivity, scrap rate.
- ERP systems: SAP preferred.

**Languages**:
- Advanced English (mandatory).
**Availability**:

- Preferably based in Querétaro.
