Work with site leaders to improve processes, improve business results, and mentor team members to create a culture of continuous improvement.
**What will you do?**
As a member of the site leadership team, you will:
- Support the site in delivering improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost savings.
- Implement the PPI Business System at Monterrey site, working with other sites for standardization and encouraging continuous improvement.
- Provide ongoing support to multiple teams and/or PPI Process Managers to complete improvement projects.
- Collaborate with functional teams to streamline processes, improving the customer experience, enabling profitable growth, and growing efficiency.
- Provide training and mentoring to develop lean expertise and capability within the organization at all levels.
**How will you get here?**
**_ Education_**:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, Operations or Business; Lean Six Sigma,



BB or MBB certification preferred.
**_ Experience_**:
A Continuous Improvement Authority with 3-5 years experience and a ‘hands-on’ track record of implementing successful project/program management and/or expertise in the following areas:
- Lean Leadership (Daily Accountability, Visual Management, Leader Standard Work, and Gemba Walks)
- Problem-solving in Kaizen events following a formal program/process
- Proven expertise in root cause problem solving
- Strong project management and execution
- Developing, training, and mentoring teams and leaders in continuous improvement
**_ Knowledge, Skills, Abilities_**:
- Ability to influence without authority
- Project and program management expertise
- Strong background in delivering business results and motivating change through the use of data
- High level of facilitation skills, capable of adapting style and tone according to the situation, culture, and audience
- Drive critical thinking and continuous improvement in non-operational and operational areas, connecting cross-functional resources.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office suite; Word, Excel, Project, Visio, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, with proficiency in speaking publicly in English.
