Key Responsibilities
* Direct daily communications, both verbal and written, to ensure all groups
are working toward the goal of timely project completion.
* Must be able to communicate technical details and concepts to engineers and
non-technical team members in Torreon.
* Coordinate validation activities and cross-functional execution plans.
* Manage engineering changes involving mechanical, electronic, and motor
components.
* Facilitate multidisciplinary meetings to communicate project status and
requirements.
* Drive implementation of cost improvements changes in mass production
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics,
Mechatronics preferred).
* Other engineering disciplines may be considered based on experience.
* Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
* Knowledge of CAD software.
* Basic understanding of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
* Experience or exposure to engineering change management.
* Experience in product engineering is preferred.
* Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies is desirable.
