JOB SUMMARY

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new,
independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name
is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this
role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure,
delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers
and other mission-critical applications

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to
our growth, we’re looking to add a Buyer Indirect located in Guadalajara, North
Campus.





Reporting to the Commodity Manager , Indirect Buyer role involves being
responsible for coordinates activities involved with procuring direct materials,
components and equipment.

What a typical day looks like:

* Mainteining relations with the suppliers.

* Placing orders for necessary raw materials and purchased parts according to
the requirements of the production.

* Receiving and handling the confirmations.

* Checking the purchase orders and modifying them according to the changes in
the production plan with the help of the Shortage List and the Open Purchase
Order List.

* Tracking shipments, urging them if needed.

* Regular, weekly check of the stocks, avoiding overstock.

* Minimizing the risk of obsolescence with the help of the weekly check of the
obsolete report.

* Correspondence with the freight forwarders, warehouses, and in case
organizing the transportation.

* Dealing with claims, settling debit and credit
