We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the overall performance of a manufacturing facility in Celaya, Guanajuato. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and people development while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities: - Lead all plant operations to achieve business and operational objectives. - Drive performance in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost. - Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency. - Lead, coach, and develop the plant leadership team. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Manage plant budgets, KPIs, and resource planning.



- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Master's degree or MBA preferred. - 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations. - 5+ years in a Plant Manager or senior manufacturing leadership role. - Experience leading large manufacturing teams and driving operational improvements. - Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Quality, Safety, and Cost Management. - Advanced English.
