This IT Application Analyst has a technical background in ERP systems and applications and understands Apparel, and Footwear functionalities in general. In this role, you help supporting IT solutions, applications or even systems. Responsible for resolving support ticket, and deliver IT projects and tasks.
What you can expect:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:




Understand and support retail business processes and functionality focused but not limited to front- and backend application and ERP systems
Participate in and contribute to US and international IT related Retail projects
Integrate and implement new processes and solutions into existing system landscape
Support formal testing conducted by the business for system modifications and fixes
Manage and monitor system communication (interfaces)
Create/edit training documentation using a variety of media
Your profile:
5 years’ experience in similar roles
Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Able to interface with internal customer and IT Management to communicate complex ideas clearly
Proficiency in SAP AFS modules, with hands-on experience in configuration and support
Understanding of integration points between SAP Retail, SAP CAR, SAP AFS, and other enterprise systems
Create/edit training documentation using a variety of media
Able to occasionally travel internationally -
