Role Description Airport Courier Service (ACS) is looking for Business Operations Coordinators to support our billing, pricing, and dispatch operations during U.S. overnight hours. This is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working independently on an overnight schedule, and interested in logistics and business operations.

What You'll Do

- Prepare and send customer invoices; help maintain accurate account records
- Follow up on overdue balances and help resolve billing questions
- Support pricing and account setup in our dispatch software (Dispatch Science)
- Review vendor and independent contractor invoices for accuracy
- Provide overnight customer service support to clients and drivers
- Assist with dispatch tasks — assigning jobs, tracking shipment status, and coordinating with drivers
- Flag unusual issues to your manager for review

What We're Looking For

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience with billing, invoicing, customer service, or dispatch/logistics
- Comfortable working independently on an overnight U.S.-hours schedule (Eastern Standard Time)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Reliable internet connection, computer and a quiet home office setup
